ShepWave Pre-Market / Intra Day Update for Monday Published

The markets continue to be predictable. We anticipated a new top on September 18th and so far that top has been holding. The short term signals continue to be profitable. See triggers, targets and stop/loss areas in the charts in this update. Also note the chart patterns. Things could be heating up.

If we do see some more signals there could be a sizable and quick move. Be careful getting too emotional in the action. Also be careful listening to pundits. Remember when we saw the sell off in the summer of 2011? Here is one of the articles published: Dow headed below 10,000 as cyclical bear begins Note how certain the pundit was that the markets were ready to sell. This shows the importance of following along with objective analysis on a continual basis.

Are the markets ready for a bounce?

The bottom line is that we saw some good trading sell signals last week; traders are in position. Now it is a matter of monitoring those positions and looking for a bullish reversal or any possible confirmation sell signals.
